We offer four sizes: Small (3'×4', 12 sq ft) for boxes and seasonal items, Medium (4'×5', 20 sq ft) for furniture pieces, Large (5'×5', 25 sq ft) for a studio apartment's worth, and Extra Large (5'×10', 50 sq ft) for a full move or business inventory.

Monthly rates start at $79/mo for Small, $119/mo for Medium, $159/mo for Large, and $229/mo for Extra Large. Commit to 3 months and save 10%, or 6 months for 15% off.

When the promo is active, your first month of storage is completely free — no payment collected until month 2. It's applied automatically during checkout and covers your full monthly rate including any protection plan.

No hidden fees, no deposits, and no admin charges. The monthly rate you see is the rate you pay. If you add a protection plan, that cost is clearly shown before you confirm.

We bill monthly to the payment method on file. Your billing date matches your move-in date each month. You'll receive an email reminder a few days before each charge. Multi-month commitments still pay monthly — the commitment locks in your discounted rate.

You'll receive a personal access code for the building entrance. Enter your code at the front door keypad. You'll need to bring your own padlock to secure your unit. Codes are managed through our system and can be regenerated if needed.

You can access your locker every day from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, including weekends and holidays. Your keycode is software-controlled and will only work during these hours for building security.

Security is a top priority. Every LockerUp facility features 24/7 HD camera surveillance, keycode-controlled entry, a complete digital access log of every entry and exit, and a temperature-controlled environment. We also offer optional protection plans.

We offer three protection plans: Basic ($9/mo, up to $2,000 coverage), Plus ($15/mo, up to $3,000 coverage), and Max ($25/mo, up to $5,000 coverage). All plans protect against fire, theft, water damage, and more, with a $100 per-claim deductible (waived for burglary with cylinder/disc/smart lock). We require 15 days' written notice to cancel your rental. If you're on a multi-month commitment, the discounted rate applies through your commitment term. After your commitment period, you can cancel anytime with 15 days' notice.

Yes — subject to availability. Contact us and we'll help you move to a larger or smaller unit. If you're on a commitment plan, your discount carries over to the new rate. There's no fee to switch.

For safety reasons, we don't allow hazardous materials, perishable food, live animals, or illegal items. Standard household goods, furniture, electronics, clothing, documents, and business inventory are all fine.
