We offer four sizes to fit different needs: Small (3'×4', 12 sq ft) — great for boxes, seasonal items, or sports gear. Medium (4'×5', 20 sq ft) — fits furniture pieces and several boxes. Large (5'×5', 25 sq ft) — room for a studio apartment's worth of items. Extra Large (5'×10', 50 sq ft) — ideal for a full move or business inventory.

Monthly rates start at $79/mo for a Small unit, $119/mo for Medium, $159/mo for Large, and $229/mo for Extra Large. Commit to 3 months and save 10%, or 6 months for 15% off. Check our booking page for the latest pricing and promos.

When the promo is active, your first month of storage is completely free — no payment collected until month 2. It's applied automatically during checkout. The promo covers your full monthly rate including any protection plan you choose.

No hidden fees, no deposits, and no admin charges. The monthly rate you see is the rate you pay. If you add a protection plan, that cost is clearly shown before you confirm. Billing is simple and transparent.

We bill monthly to the payment method on file. Your billing date is the same as your move-in date each month. You'll receive an email reminder a few days before each charge. If you chose a multi-month commitment, you'll still pay monthly — the commitment just locks in your discounted rate.

You'll receive two personal keycodes — one for the building entrance and one for your individual unit. Just enter your building code at the front door and your unit code at your locker. No keys to carry or lose. Codes are managed through our system and can be regenerated if needed.

You can access your locker every day from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM, including weekends and holidays. Your keycode is software-controlled and will only work during these hours for building security.

Security is a top priority. Every LockerUp facility features 24/7 HD camera surveillance covering all common areas and hallways, keycode-controlled entry at both the building and unit level, a complete digital access log of every entry and exit, and a temperature-controlled environment to protect sensitive items. We also offer optional protection plans for additional peace of mind.

We offer two optional plans: Basic ($9/mo) covers up to $2,000 of stored items, and Premium ($15/mo) covers up to $5,000. These plans protect against theft, fire, and water damage. You can add or change your plan at any time.

We require 30 days' written notice to cancel your rental. If you're on a multi-month commitment, the discounted rate applies through your commitment term. After your commitment period, you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.

Yes — subject to availability. Contact us and we'll help you move to a larger or smaller unit. If you're on a commitment plan, your discount carries over to the new rate. There's no fee to switch.

For safety reasons, we don't allow hazardous materials (chemicals, flammables, explosives), perishable food, live animals, or illegal items. Standard household goods, furniture, electronics, clothing, documents, and business inventory are all fine. If you're unsure about a specific item, just ask.
